Counselling access
Discuss support connected to an approved access pathway and its professional infrastructure.
Get involved / Programme support
Programme support is considered in relation to current need, delivery capacity, permitted use and proportionate accountability. A conversation comes before any contribution is accepted.

Current relevance
The relevant programme area, permitted use, organisational capacity and expected accountability are clarified before Thrivewell confirms whether support can be accepted.
Discuss support connected to an approved access pathway and its professional infrastructure.
Consider defined learning, guidance or wellbeing activity in an education setting.
Explore locally relevant outreach or learning with appropriate participation structures.
Consider supervision, safeguarding, quality or training that supports responsible delivery.

Delivery readiness
A programme may require people, preparation, safeguarding, supervision, materials and review—not only activity costs.
Where the proposed support does not fit an approved need or cannot be held responsibly, Thrivewell may decline or suggest a different conversation.
Stewardship sequence
Confirm the programme area and intended use.
Review need, capacity and any restrictions.
Document acceptance and accountability expectations.
Provide only the reporting that has been approved and can be supported accurately.

Accountability
Reporting scope, frequency and format depend on the approved arrangement and the information Thrivewell can responsibly provide.
Participant privacy, informed consent and accurate interpretation remain more important than promotional storytelling.
Payment instructions, restricted-use commitments, receipts and reporting terms are confirmed through an approved arrangement. No contribution should be sent through an unverified account or informal request.
Prepare an enquiry
Do not include confidential client, health or safeguarding information in an initial enquiry.
